As you know, I've spent a good amount of time traveling the country and working to elect Democrats in tough races this November.

But I need to tell you about one specific campaign today -- Bruce Braley's effort to fill Tom Harkin's U.S. Senate seat in Iowa.

All the recent polls show the race is a coin flip, and control of the Senate rests on the result. My PAC has sent almost a dozen staff to Iowa to assist his campaign and others in the state, but outside money spent on behalf of his opponent threatens to turn the tide against him.
