Wanted to be sure you saw this morning’s release from the Census on Computer and Internet Use in the U.S. in 2012. This is the first time that the American Community Survey has collected data on computer ownership, internet access, and types of internet subscriptions. Beginning in the fall of this year, the ACS will provide yearly data on Internet use not only for the nation and states, but also smaller like certain cities and counties.
