All, Here's another great article that talks about the ills within the basketball community. In this article, it references issues within the Men's game, but these issues exist in the Women's game as well. We must continue to be aware of some of the following: - lessening accountability - being helicopter parents (we need to allow our kids to experience success and, more importantly, failure. Don't save them from it.) - value and appreciate each opportunity presented to them. This can become a core characteristic that helps set them apart from the rest. Below, you will find the article. http://espn.go.com/mens-college-basketball/story/_/id/9210329/top-recruits-today-often-bring-baggage-creates-problems-even-best-coaches-college-basketball?src=mobile Tim Fudd (571) 293-2255 DIRECT LINE Sent from my IPhone
