Cedric L. Bobo is a Principal focused on U.S. buyout opportunities in the
industrial and transportation sectors. He is based in Washington, DC.

Since joining Carlyle in 2005, Mr. Bobo has led or been a key contributor
to several of the firm’s investments including Genesee & Wyoming, Greater
China Industrial, ADT Korea as well as Carlyle’s acquisition of AlpInvest.
Prior to joining Carlyle, Mr. Bobo was an Associate at DLJ Merchant
Banking, the private equity arm of Credit Suisse First Boston.

Mr. Bobo received his M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.S. in
mechanical engineering, summa cum laude, from the University of Tennessee.

He is currently a member of the Board of Directors of Greater China
Industrial and ADT Korea.
