Gentlemen,

I just had a word with J. He wanted me to convey the following to you:

1. The legal firm helping draft the collaboration agreement is King and
Wood http://www.kingandwood.com/index.aspx?language=en .

2. K&W has submitted the Chinese version to J already. They are doing the
English version, expected to be completed in another few days. J will send
the Eng version for your reference and review once it's done. J says sorry
for a few days' delay.

3. J's boss Mr Yue hasn't got back to China yet but will do in a couple of
days. J will go meet him later this week. J is confident that Yue will say
OK to our fund collaboration. J said to me: "No problem. Yue will say yes."

4. As to your China visit time, J said: "Let's do it quickly once Yue says
yes. Tell our American buddies to get here mid May (to sign the agreement)."
