Great to catch up with you guys last week. It's exciting to hear how RSP
has evolved, especially for someone taking their first steps.

I really appreciate the generous offer for temporary office space. I
discussed it with Chris and we'd like to take you up on it. We likely won't
be there more than a few days a week but it will be great to have a place
to touch down and have meetings as we get the business set up. I promise we
won't overstay our welcome and if there's anything we can offer in terms of
in-kind services, we are happy to do so. Maybe we can revisit the
arrangement in a few months once we have a better feel for our longer term
needs.

I'm also intrigued by the potential for a longer term relationship given
some of the platform synergies, so we should keep that idea in play as well.

Eric - let me know what the next step is. Would it be okay to come by
Thursday
to
start office crashing?
