>>> Subject: China MedConnect follow up
>>>
>>> Hello Derrick,
>>>
>>> As a follow-up to my phone call, I wanted to send this brief introduction and also see if we can schedule a conversation to determine whether or not we might be of service to your company.
>>>
>>> China MedConnect is an advisory and operations company incorporated in the U.S. with primary business operations in Beijing, China. We are a member of the US Commercial Services solution provider program for China and are a recognized China medical device expert. We are focused exclusively on supporting small to medium-sized Western medical device companies with their operations and interests in mainland China.
>>>
>>> We are established as a US company with a China based subsidiary so that we engage in legal agreements US-to-US rather than China-to-US. Although our reputation is our business and we like to think of ourselves as having high integrity, we do this as a risk mitigation for VC backed companies and others who may have concerns about doing business in China.
>>>
>>> We offer a comprehensive set of services designed to assist companies at all stages of growth in China to accelerate time to market and enable best practices at a lower cost and risk than doing so independently. We can perform deep market analysis, competitive and opportunity assessments, market entry planning and execution, expansion and investment partnering strategies, as well as connectivity to our trusted network of high quality Tier 1 distributors in order to increase market penetration.
>>>
>>> Through our wholly-owned PRC subsidiary (Beijing Jinshida), we are licensed to perform as CFDA Registration Agent, Legal Agent, and After Sales Service Agent for western medical device companies. We preserve options to change direction and strategy in a rapidly changing and dynamic market.
>>>
>>> We can help with sourcing. We can also fund market entry on product lines that have a distinct and compelling value proposition for the China market.
>>>
>>> Our clients are a mix of those already in China and those interested in entering the market. Generally, we find they are frustrated by the lack of transparency, a low level of trust in their relationships and communications, and a very complex and rapidly changing environment.
>>>
>>> Please let me know if this is of interest and if we can schedule a quick call to explore whether or not we can help with any of your needs or interests regarding China.
>>>
>>> Alternatively, I can send you additional information or you can learn more about us at www.chinamedconnect.com
>>>
>>> Best regards,
