Dear Third Point Re Prospective Investor:

We hope you will join us for a webcast and conference call on October
6th with Third Point Reinsurance Limited CEO John Berger to learn more

The call will take place at 10AM EDT and will include a detailed
overview of the proposed reinsurance business lines, team structure,

made at the same time or shortly after the posting of the replay
webcast.

Replay
