The bankruptcy trustee for Akron, Ohio-based Fair Finance Co. submitted the settlement for court approval Wednesday, the Indianapolis Business Journal reported. Zoeller's campaign treasurer, Andrew Buroker, said it was simpler to return the money to Fair Finance than to go to court.
