I spoke to John who received an email response from Leonardo on why OAS
African Investments was the signatory on the contract. Leonardo said that
OAS pays all entities outside of Brazil through this account and the he
himself is paid from it. OAS African Investments is 100% owned by their
holding company in Brazil and Leonardo assured John that it wasn't a point
of concern. Leonardo didnt specifically reply to the question of the law
firm, but reiterated that no other company was involved in the ownership of
OAS African Investments. Let me know if you guys still have any concerns, if
not Hunter and I can review the contract again today or tomorrow and get it
back to them!
