Hope you are well. I may have a potential client for the firm. I have become close with a Chinese Private Equity firm called Bohai. Bohai has a significant investment in a Chinese firm called Tianjin Pipe, the largest pipe manufacturer in China. They are currently facing U.S. antidumping duties and are looking for a U.S. firm to retain and help them fight the duties. I believe BSF has been involved in some similar cases but on the side of U.S. manufacturers who face cheap Chinese imports. Here is a link to an article on the issue.
