I drafted up a written consent and dissolution paper, please review and
execute. I have instructed the CSC Global registration agent to cancel the
LLC in Delaware.

After the payment to George, including deminimus reserved expenses to be
paid to CSC Global, and accountant to file 2018 year end tax, there would
be nothing left, which I don't know how much will cost in addition, but I
will figure out next year.

On other note, can I go see you in LA on the weekend of 11/16? I am going
to Las Vegas for an conference and can speak to you in person.
