On October 13, there will be a State Arrival Ceremony for the Republic of Korea, on the South Lawn of the White House. OVP has a set number of spots for this visit to share with OVP family and friends. Please use the attached spreadsheet to submit WAVES to me no later than COB Tuesday, September 20th. If you have additions, please use a new spreadsheet. Spots will be filled on a first come, first serve basis, and I'll let you know once your guests are confirmed.


NOTE: Please have your guests provide their full name as it appears on the government-issued photo ID which they plan to use when traveling to The White House (e.g. driver's license, diplomatic ID or passport). If you need a country code other than US, please let me know.


DETAILS: Arrival time for guests will be 7:30AM at the Southeast Gate of the White House. A US driver's license, valid passport or Diplomatic ID are the only valid forms of ID accepted by US Secret Service for admittance to the Arrival Ceremony and all information submitted in the security form must match the name and number on the ID. Non-US Citizens must have their valid passport (preferred) or diplomatic ID in order to be admitted to the Arrival Ceremony. Additional details are forthcoming.
