The White House is preparing an executive order and regulation intended to block Central American migrants traveling in a caravan from entering the United States, according to two administration sources familiar with the plan.

President Donald Trump has slammed reports of a caravan of migrants traveling from Honduras to the U.S., with some intending to claim asylum on account of the violence in their home countries.
