Dear Friends, We have come to that wonderful time in the year when we are planning for our Parent Potluck dinners. Ms Nick's class is looking for hosts the weekends of: October 28-30 November 4- 6 November 11-13 If you would like to host a potluck dinner, please let us know which date(s) work best for you. Once we have an idea of who our hosting parents will be, we will let you know which dates have been decided upon. Please remember that these evenings are casual and do not need to be sit down dinners. People can walk around and eat, sit down on the floor, whatever works. These are supposed to be comfortable, laid-back events. The food does not have to be spectacular. It's not a cooking contest. It is common for the host to provide the main course, but this is not a rule. If someone wants to host but does not want to do the main course, they are welcome to put it on the potluck sign-up list for someone else to bring. Hosting is a generous enough responsibility! Please reply to Sara Jane as soon as possible because potlucks do not work without hosts. : ) Cheers!
