See below from Kase. I emailed him and will copy you both on my response. I said that we would get him something that hopefully would be more acceptable, but that there is surely a worth to having Hunter and his firm helping him.

MIke he is your contact and Hunter is one who will do all the heavy lifting, so perhaps you guys come back at 25-30k per month, with Hunter taking the lion's share.

I have asked him to let me know if he wants to speak in the morning, but it may be best for Mike to do the negoiating since I have only met Kase one time.

Yes, after checking the Saudi Governor's functions for Investment, it may not be as productive for my presence at this time.
Having gone through your proposal and with our experience to date in this part of the world, I will suggest that you revise the retainer fee down significantly and weigh more on success fee. Otherwise, I am sure the management and board will not approve a contract in the amount you propose. Obviously, the company will cover and reimburse all reasonable out of pocket expense, such as airline, hotel, food and ground transportation incurred that is directly related to the assignment.

This is the agenda for the meeting in Columbus with the Governor of the Saudi Business Council that I emailed you about last week. The Governor is the person who grants ALL busines licences in the KSA and my friend David Wilhelm who ran President Clinton's campaign has set up this agenda.

I believe I can get you a private meeting with the Governor of the council if you come and think that it would be highly advantageous for Camac.
I will send you the proposal from Hunter in a minute.
