It's the public mining company that my friend Chad Brownstein founded. PGRX is the ticker. He's the Vice Chairman.

They are developing the potash mine in Arizona and that we're looking to partner with on Africa mine concessions. Awaiting diligence material from John for them to analyze. They figured out a very interesting model to create a lot of value with liquidity with just this initial mine.

Basically they'll have a currency in the stock in the coming months for us to fund the management team to do the geology on some of the African opportunities that get put in front of us.
