FYI, on our TA call this AM, Abel said that Acciona Wind Power has tentatively accepted the proposal "we" made to them. It sounds like it would be an Ormazabal deal - so equity, minority owned, etc. The retainer is the only thing that they will likely push back on. "We" proposed 25K Euro (approx. $35K) and Abel thinks they will come down to maybe 15K Euro ($20K). We need to really decide if it is worth $10K a month (plus equity) because Lorenzo and Abel expect that for this Hunter and Lorenzo would be arranging meetings with utility company CEOs and accompanying Acciona to those meetings. Heavy lift for $10K a month.

Probably will never happen but we need to think about this and discuss if we want to do it if it comes through.
