Democratic Rep. Jacky Rosen booted GOP Sen. Dean Heller from his seat in Nevada on Tuesday night, giving her party a Senate pickup out West.

Heller conceded with Rosen at 50.8 percent of the vote to his 45 percent. The Associated Press subsequently called the race for Rosen.
