I hope you are well. I miss you and our incredible art students at St. Al's. Its hard to believe that it's already been a month since I was last with you and my great students.

I want to introduce you to Hunter Biden, the new chair of the World Food Programme and he is coming to Kenya on 9/18 and thought it might be wonderful if you both could connect if time permits. I will send along his itinerary under a separate email.

Hunter, Beatrice is the principle of the school for aids affected orphans from KIbera where I founded an art program that has been in place since 2008 and the subject of my recent book, Smart, Beautiful and Important. She is fantastic. I am also copying Fr.Terry Charlton,founder of the school. They both are amazing people and think it would be a great inside lens to look through with this students as well as see what can happen when people pull together for the right reasons. Their beautiful new school just opened last year and it's beyond words for Kibera.
