Great seeing you last week. Never enough time. I texted you over the weekend but may have the wrong number, anyway tell the girls sorry I missed them.

We will increase the 529 accounts by $150 for N and M.

Also, I did learn that it is a year where you get the first break for smoking or not. We can start the process and do a review on the anniversary date of the policy and if you pass the health requirements you could have the premium reduced to a non smoking rating. We can talk about that as we get into the new policies.

For the LTC policies, I will need the following:
Name
Date of Birth
State of Residence
And if anyone has any major medical issues, so we can determine what carrier would be best to handle such issues.

Eric, I need the retirement plan questionnaire as soon as you can get it to me if you want the set up in time for a safe harbor 401k for 2012.
