In the attachment, you will find a resolution from Burisma Geothermal as to
the loan agreement with Gesto company. It is required to proceed with our
working agreement with Gesto. As you may remember, Burisma signed an
agreement with the international group Gesto Investimento e Gestão (GIG) to
acquire 86% share in three projects:
