Dear Hunter:

Thanks very much for your feedback. Appreciate it. We literally just filed our reply letter with FDA (at 3:58 pm!... ahead of 4 pm cutoff). So, now we can turn back to this memo and take another crack at shortening it. Do you have any suggestions about what to cross out? We will aim to get a reduced version back to you this evening.

Kind regards,

Linda

Dear Linda,
Thank you for putting this together. I think it is really important to get this down to no more than 1 1/2 pages. My suggestion would be to stick with the key issue and request for this 1-pager as you will have other opportunities to expand on the background later down the road. Let me know when you have an idea of timing for turning this around. Thanks again.

Best,
Hunter

Dear Hunter:

Attached is the completed draft of the “1-pager”…. which is actually 2 pages. We really struggled to make it as tight as possible, but ther is so much key information that we just did not get it into 1 page. If you read it with fresh eyes and see how it can be cut down from 2 pages, suggested edits to do so would be welcome.

If you think it’s OK at a length of 2 pages, then let’s put our heads together about how best to send it out the door. Thanks!

Kind regards,

Linda

Hi Hunter:

We have been working all day with the statisticians in regard to the updated data (still on a blinded basis). We just got off a conf call with them, receiving the data and…. it is excellent! Would you like to hear it (under our CDA)? We can give you a quick call. [?]

Attached is the mostly-but-not-completely finished 1-pager that I drafted during the weekend. It was devilishly difficult to make it tight enough. Comments welcome. I’m about to turn back to finishing the last 2 points as noted in the paper.

We have not reached out to Chris yet but plan to do so first thing in the morning, now that we have the update data and we know that it’s good.

Kind regards,

Linda

Hi Hunter:

Just a quick update to let you know that we’re working on the 1-pager. Last night and this morning, we’ve been working intensively on obtaining some key info for the 1-pager, as well as tied up in calls with our Board members. We hope to have the 1-pager to you in the next hour or so.

Thanks SO much for your help! We are really grateful.

Kind regards,

Linda
