It was good speaking with you. Please find enclosed a clean and marked note and operating agreement reflecting proposed revisions based on our call. Please note I am tracking down the exact names of the BAMC subsidiaries and will add them to the execution version of the note.

I also enclose form signature pages for the operating agreement and guaranty (which I believe are the only documents to be executed by Harvest, but please let me know if I have omitted anything). Please don’t hesitate to contact me with any questions or concerns.
