Hunter- Was thinking about what you said about your pop post January. I am flying out with a few folks from my firm on Monday to meet with Patricia Arquette to discuss the possibility of helping her get the ERA amendment ratified. Struck me that-with your father's history on the SJC and Jill's active efforts for women's rights- this might be something they might want to take on as part of their next chapter? And it is eminently achievable.

As the fathers of girls, we can relate to how important this is and how overdue. The fact is, the right people in the GOP can and should get behind it. Am sick of the GOP -what's left of it- being against everything. This is an issue where a great bipartisan effort can be waged and history can be written.

If you want to chat at all about it, give me a shout. Am flying out to LA on Monday night. And if having the right people on the left in DC involved would be a fundamental factor to any decision you all made about eventually getting involved , let me know who they might be. This is nascent but I am fired up.
