Members of the Boards,

The team and I are looking forward to seeing many of you this Friday, or
talking with you by phone. It's been a very busy few months since we last
came together, with major challenges confronting our community around the
world and in our own political system. We're working hard to both meet
those challenges now, and strengthen our organizations into the future, and
look forward to discussing our work and plans with you later this week.

Relevant materials for the joint briefing and our respective board meetings
are attached for your review. They include:

- 2015 Year End Financial Statements for the c3 and the c4 (IRS Form 990's
will be produced later in the year),
- Our proposed 2016 Budget for the c3 and the c4,
- Our proposed Corporate Gift Acceptance Policy,
- Information on Board candidates for the c3 and the c4, and
- Minutes from the previous meetings of the c3 and the c4 Boards.

Members of the c4 Board should expect to receive additional materials,
specific to the c4's political activities, in a separate email.

As always, the team and I are grateful for your committed leadership,
guidance, and support. The need for this enterprise has never been more
clear, but thanks to you, we've never been stronger.
