Dear ,
The search for truth, meaning, and love has been a human aspiration since time immemorial.
For over 30 years Inspiration Consciousness School and Community has been endeavoring
to create pathways and experiences for people to safely and dynamically explore
the depths and breaths of their own human experience, so they can more consciously
contact and infuse their lives with love, wisdom, and presence. Through the collective
intelligence, wisdom, need, love, and creativity, of Jessica, Inspiration Practitioners,
and thousands of students, Inspiration has developed a core curriculum of human
potential classes that support human beings in flowering their gifts, and participating
in ways that bring more kindness, service, and vision to the world. In the spring
of 2016 we are delighted to begin the next cycle of this rich, profound, multidimensional
core curriculum. These classes create grounded, powerful and expansive settings
for cultivating awakening and conscious action that is applicable to that which
is timeless, and to the particularities of the 21st century. The structure of our
core curriculum has the following trajectory:
The Awakening Class
The One Year Spiritual Apprenticeship
Awakening to the Dream
Bodhisattva Class
Essence
The Breathwork Intensive
All of these classes begin in April, with the exception of our professional training
of Breathwork Intensive which will occur in Autumn. We invite you, your family,
your friends, and colleagues, to join us in one or more of these classes. Deepen
your capacity to love unconditionally, support the emergence of your gifts, cultivate
the ability to create conscious relationships, ignite the passion to participate
in building a healthy world and life, and explore an in-depth engagement with the
deeper mysteries of life.

(the eight week course)
Begins: Tuesday, April 26th
6:30pm-10:30pm
For over 30 years thousands of people's lives have been transformed by learning
to experience unconditional love, inner guidance and embodied presence in each moment,
with every breath.
Awakening is the primary class of the School. It promotes grounding and expansive
opening. People at any stage of inquiry- from beginners to master teachers- have
taken this course to create rapid holographic paradigm shifts in their lives.
This powerful eight-week program promotes profound personal growth and transformation.
Awakening is tailored to support each participant's journey in order to enhance
their personal life experiences through awakening every sense, feeling and thought.
Each person discovers the delight of BEING themselves fully; how to access love
wisdom and presence though every breath; and how to bring their unique gifts to
their lives and to the world.
Class Themes:

* Presence and Kinesthetic Aliveness
* Emotional Expression, Sexuality, and Generative Growth
* Will and Empowerment
* Love and Relating to Others
* Self-Expression and Creativity
* Wisdom, Intuition, and Dissolving Limiting Boundaries
* Surrender and Union with Essence/Life Force/the Sacred
Transformations occur physically, emotionally, and cognitively, leading to the deconstruction
of fear-based behaviors and the cultivation of emergent and evolutionary ways of
being. The instructor supports students' exploration of presence and awakening
to their essential selves using didactic teaching, intuitive transmissions, meditations,
Breathwork, self-inquiry, movement, dreams, inner journeys, experiential work, and
teachings from the world's wisdom traditions. The class creates a potent and safe
setting for each participant's journey. The group process is rich and dynamic, the
instructor provides highly individualized attention, and the course guides offer
a loving and consistent container of support. Even decades later many say that
this course was their single most powerful experience in creating and accelerating
healing, as well as fostering profound realization.
Awakening features:

* Breathwork and Breath Awareness
* Life Energies (Chakras) Development
* Self-inquiry and understanding
* Self-healing and transformation
* Meditations (stillness to dynamism)
* Conscious Eating
* Wisdom Teachings
* Cultivating Intuition
* Dreams as Guides

6pm - 10pm
The Essence class is a "spiritual warrior" course for people seeking to dissolve
the central wounds and egoic illusions that create a separation from the authentic
self and the Source of Life.
It is possible to live a life that is available to the expression and evolution
of Creative Life Force. The class is designed to reveal and embody the unique core
Essence gifts that dwell within each of us. The journey is structured to confront
and dissolve the delusions that we bring to personal growth and spiritual development,
and to re-constellate correct alignment to genuine awakening and our path. In a
challenging setting of dedicated seekers, participants are supported in relinquishing
the physical, cognitive, and emotional defenses and behaviors that conceal Essence.
As these obstructions fall away, the defensive personality dissolves; abiding in
Consciousness becomes a reality.
Format: Four hours once a month for ten months.
Prerequisites: Awakening and Spiritual Apprenticeship
Tuition: $750

The Bodhisattva training is designed to cultivate the capacity for selfless service
and the ability to support others' healing and change in both personal and professional
settings. Participants receive deep training in the following central modules, each
of which will be explored and developed at every class gathering:

* Presencing - refined breathing and sensory awareness practices that foster the
capacity to remain present in every moment
* Cultivating compassion and understanding for all life
* Developing skills to create profound contact with any being to support their psycho-spiritual
unfolding
* Developmental healing-exploring lost connections to our unconditional nature through
the stages of conception, gestation, birth, infancy, childhood, and individuation
* Bodhisattva mediation - a practice of sequential steps enabling one to be present
to all beings and creations with unconditional love.
The course is permeated with the caring and compassion of a fully awakened heart.
The essence of the class is the willingness to align the body, heart, mind, and
soul with life's creative force to evolve through love. This training teaches one
to embody and practice these principles in daily life, thus opening the path of
deep, knowledgeable service.
One is also exposed to the theories of utilizing integrative approaches to facilitating
evolution in others. The apprentices are prepared for training in Integrative Breathwork
and can choose this option after the completion of the class.

path of Breathwork practitioner training will continue meeting.
