My relationship is with Mark Heising, Jim's son in law. I am working that angle. He and Jim personally invested $8mm in Nucleus Scientific last July. I was on the board for one of our LPs and I stepped off and Mark took the board seat after the investment. Among other things, Nucleus is trying to revolutionize transportation with super energy efficient vehicles as well as fast charge batteries in less than a minute with no cell degradation. Still early stage. Another analyst there has taken a look at RSTP and passed, however I'm working to get in through another area. They have roughly $10B in AUM with $500mm of annual inflows, and about 40% is managed in direct investments like a hedge fund, and the remainder is outsourced to managers in a fund of funds. > > Daniel P.
