Just about the time I sit on the pity-potty to tell myself how bad I got it..........somebody reveals that they have it much worse. I am sorry to hear about Jerry, he is a nice enough guy...............when he is a nice enough guy. This disease knows no bounds. Shingles? Flu? WTF? You can't get a break these days. Glad to hear you are feeling up to and getting out and about. I dodged a bullet as everybody got a wicked cold over the break but I was somehow spared. Must be the only disease that can live in me is alcoholism! The rest say "uh, no thanks!"
I'm getting nervous about the felony screening coming up on the 23rd, I am just to the point, good or bad, that I want to know what is happening and that I have a path to go down. Schyler is getting married in early February when Brian comes home on leave. Baby is due on July 4th! Just so you know, Grandpa is not an acceptable salutation! Lol. We have been getting some skiing in here and there and hope to dodge the rain this weekend and preserve the conditions. We need another storm. I am sure that you are getting busy for the Inauguration and I think of you often as I see your Dad a good bit these days in the mainstream. Hope you feel better and remember to take it easy my friend. Talk to you soon.

Hey. Ive been sick (flu on top of shingles) for last three days. Finally out of the house and still feeling like crap. Anyway, hope all is well. I got an email from Jerry. I had emailed him to wish him happy new year. He emailed me back several days later to tell me he relapsed got arrested and lost his job. Unbelievable- so sad.
