We are very excited that you are able to attend the 57th Presidential Inauguration. Listed below are the events that you have expressed interest in attending; please confirm your attendance by 5:00 pm tomorrow, Monday. These tickets are non-transferable.


These are the tickets we are currently able to offer you:

If you have requested more tickets than we are currently offering, you have been put on a waitlist for additional tickets. I will let you know as soon as additional tickets are available.


Tickets:

You can pick up your tickets at the Renaissance Hotel (999 9th Street, NW, Washington, DC 20001) beginning Friday, January 18 at the Penn Quarter Room. It is located on the second floor-the elevators and stairs to the room are across from the President’s Sports Bar at the back of the hotel, not the main hotel elevators. There will be a Presidential Inaugural Committee table in the main entrance of the hotel to answer any general questions, however Vice President and Dr. Biden staff will be in the Penn Quarter room to give you your tickets and answer any specific questions.


Saturday, January 19:

9:00 – 1:00 PM National Day of Service Saturday will be a National Day of Service, with service events coordinated in all 50 states. You are invited to participate in a service event with the Vice President and Dr. Biden. More information will follow. Attire is casual.


Monday, January 21:

10:30 AM 2013 Presidential Inaugural Ceremony, US Capitol, Public Swearing-In

Dress Warmly!


2:00 – 5:30 PM Inaugural Parade You are invited to view the parade from area near the White House.


8:30 – 11:00 PM Inaugural Ball Attire is Black Tie.


Please travel with an official government-issued photo identification throughout your stay in Washington, DC as it will be required at various security access points throughout the weekend. Many thanks and I look forward to seeing you next week.
