EMAIL DETAILS

Thank you Vadim. I would recommend the following:
1. We agree that you should continue to defer to the content of the existing press release and not vary at all its substance if possible. If you feel the need to vary, please send us the precise question and your proposed answer.
2. We would recommend that you not grant any interviews related to Hunter.

There is only one inquiry you sent that may require a response. It's the one from BuzzFeed. In order to advise you on how to respond, we need to know everything you can tell us about these two questions:
-Have any representatives of Burisma ever met with the Vice President or his staff?
-Is Nikolai on the visa ban list, as this suggests?

Subject: Media reaction to PR on HB

Dear Heather and colleagues,

Following my conversation with Devon, I am writing to you with regard to media reaction to the press release that was published yesterday.
In the attachment you will find several inquires that we had received.
With Devon we agreed that in our answers we would just reframe/ reiterate the existing wording of the press reales in order not to creat additional media events.
I suggest we provide a simple answers to such an inquires from our email.
Additionaly wanted to agree with you some of the main bullet of those answers:
- HB was invited to the board by the existing board members
- No one from the Burisma ever management team ever met the father of HB.
- etc

Also what should we reply to those who ask for interview with HB?

Those who wish to receive comments from the representatives of Burisma directly, we suggest at those general comments could be made by, on behalf of Alan Apter who is chairman of the Board.

Looking forward for the answer from your side asap as some of the journalists are very demanding.

Thank you, Vadym
