Pressbox Family,
We are excited to announce that after ten months of planning, construction, and training, our new cleaning facility is up and running!
We now control all processes between your drop-off and your retrieval, and we are excited to create the best dry cleaning experience for you in our home, Chicago.
One of our goals in starting Pressbox was to create attractive employment opportunities and working environments, and your support has allowed us to create nineteen new jobs at our production facility.  We look forward to growing that number while creating new opportunities for our existing team.
We would love to get your feedback over the next few months as we improve our quality, productivity, and operations, so don't be shy when receiving a survey from us.  We look forward to showing you a better Pressbox, and thank you for all of your support.

Note: Our turnaround remains two days (including weekends!), but the new cut-off time for 2-day turnaround will be 8 AM.  On Friday's, the cut-off time will be 7 AM.
