Below is an overview of press coverage of our recent investment in Vistronix. National security company Vistronix has completed its acquisition of Technology Associates International Corporation (TAIC). TAIC makes geospatial and data visualization software and builds and operates command and control centers for U.S. military and civilian agencies. Vistronix, based in Reston, VA, integrates enterprise applications such as geospatial decision support systems and performs systems engineering, information management and information technology services. Enlightenment Capital, an aerospace, defense & government-focused investment firm based in the Washington, DC area, provided financing for the transaction and will be a strategic partner going forward. SunTrust Bank's technology & government division also provided financing for the acquisition. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
