I am not sure if this email reached the Pink Team. I am sorry if I forgot to forward it. Aimee - would you be able to send it to all just in case they did not get it? Thank you.

Hi ladies,

I believe it is customary that the coaches don't pay for their rooms during tournaments, though I'm not sure what your status is with Tim and Katie since Azzi is on your team. With that, we thought it would be fair to split the cost of their hotel room for the Hershey tournament between both of our teams since Katie is your assistant coach and our main coach. The cost of the hotel room for four days (Fri-Tues) is $700; each team would pay $350. That means each player on your team pays about $45. I don't know how you typically collect the money and if you just give it to Tim? We'll probably collect and give to Katie and let them book their hotel room with a credit card and just reimburse them.

Let me know if that works?

See you soon!

Vicki
