We’re unable to connect


Hi Robert,


We’re having trouble connecting to your Chase Bank account due to an invalid username and or password.


Here's how to fix it:


Please verify the username and password you’re using to connect your Chase account to Acorns. To do this, just log in to Chase online banking through a web browser (instead of the mobile app).


Once you’ve logged into your Chase online account, you can relink it to your Acorns account.


1. Open your Acorns app

2. Go to Settings > Round-Up Accounts

3. Press “Unlink”

4. Re-link your Chase Bank account


Fix My Account


Depending on the security settings you have set up with Chase Bank, Chase might send you a time sensitive verification code via text or email when you re-link your account to Acorns. Follow the steps from Chase to successfully complete the re-linking process.
