Take a look at Roboteam.

They are in the unmanned systems space (i.e., robotics, drones, etc.)

Strong adoption by the US Military, Law Enforcement and First Responders.

Genesis is R&D/Tech from the Israeli military (tech has been used in
fighting in the tunnels of Lebanon and Sinai where Iran has put thousands
of missiles and military supplies).

Financials meet our criteria:

- Did $12.2m in revenue in '13 with $1.1m of EBITDA. Did $4.8m in
revenue in '12.
- '14 plan is to do $20m in revenue (greater than 50% growth) and $3m of
EBITDA.
- Projected $115m in new orders in '15/'16.


Strong exit potential to folks like Google, Amazon, and the military
contractors who are all investing in robotics and unmanned systems
technologies.

Currently and Israeli company, but open to establishing as a US company, to
be discussed.

No institutional investors to date.

RSTP value add in helping them grow is clear.

Looking to raise $5-15m to build out to capture current demand.
