John Nevergole is a great guy and the former President sounds like the ideal person that can get Mali back in order. I am convinced with the help of John, some trusted members from the former Adminstration and a team of forensic accountants from PwC, we could set up a base in Senegal and gain visibility on the flow of black monies, and then attack the monies with the goal of bankrupting AQIM and the warlords.

I wrote a quick briefing document and have attached some success write ups on me and financial ops. I will share with Sen Udall and Danny O'Brien ASAP. I think I should also reach out to AFRICOM or others.

This is important and we need visibility of the black money!
