Hi Molly
We are expecting 250+ people to be at our event honoring ServiceNation which runs from 6 -9pm.
Our event will be on the main floor of DC Coast restaurant . We are clearing out all tables and chairs and will have an 8 x 8 stage with professional sound system.
There will be Blue pipe and drape behind. We will have a podium with a lip.
Our event is open press. (mostly writing press and still camera’s)
Artists & Athletes will be videoing the program for use on our Artists & Athletes website and it will also be seen on the Service Nation/GY6 website.
We are expecting a great turnout of those who serve a List is attached!.
Representative Tulsi Gabbard will be arriving at 6pm meeting with veterans and guests and she will be part of our program that will begin at 7pm.
Whatever time Beau & Hunter arrive will work. At their convenience, we would like Beau to make brief remarks thanking those who serve! If Both Hunter & Beau would like to get up on the stage at the same time – that would be GREAT!
There will be a handful of Hollywood celebs, many members of the Washington Redskins and Washington Capitals.
The CEO’s from EEI, AGA and NEI. ( America’s Energy – Inaugural 57 group), students and alumni from UCLA and AT&T and their guests.
Ambassadors from Mexico, Argentina, Guatemala have RSVP’d and we are expecting some more.

I'm putting together the memo for Beau for your event. Is it open or closed press, also how many people are you expecting? Any attendees of note beyond the the two people you sent me bios for? Any board members? Lastly, I believe you said there was a VIP area or two levels, can you give me more details?
