Dear Board of Directors,

I hope you are enjoying the holiday break! I wanted to share an update and slight change in our schedule for our January board meeting.

Secretary Albright has just agreed to host a welcome breakfast with us for incoming Freshmen Senators. Due to her schedule the breakfast will need to be held on the morning of January 31. Because of this we will shift our schedule slightly to hold our Board meeting mid-day on the 30th and then meet again for breakfast on 31st. We will be pursuing a dinner for the evening of the 30th rather than the 29th.

For your calendars, please hold mid-day on the 30th through breakfast on the 31st. I hope to have the final schedule confirmed within the first week of January and will communicate updates as they arise.
