Concerning the best times to attend, the 8:30-10am period may be most interesting (Dan/Chicago Council leadership open the meeting & present their report followed by a panel on climate change and food security). The other suggested time is 12:15-2pm (speech by Susan Rice and lunch program with Dan, Raj and the Minister of Agriculture from Rwanda). In terms of substance, the 8:30-10am time may be best. What do you think?
