Please find attached a list of potential investors provided by a placement agent. Pursuant to provisions of the placement agency agreement we have reached with such agent, once we approve the list we shall pay such agent service fee if any investor on the list invests in our fund within 2 years. Please take a look at the list and advise us if you have contacted or will contact with any of the investors on the list by end of this week so that we can finalize the list with this agent.
