Vadim - I am always happy to speak with you or anyone at Burisma. However, I recommend that no one at Burisma speak to the press especially because there is not a clear answer to the question on the visa ban list, and there is a likelihood that you will be asked about it in any interview. We will try to find out. In any event, I would recommend that you tell any reporters that want to speak with Burisma that you do not wish to provide further comment and that you defer to the press release. The story we want them to write is contained in that press release. If you comment beyond it, the story could easily get out of your hands and inadvertently help create a different story than the one we want.

Dear Heather, thank you for information provided.
As to the last 2 points you mentioned:
1- of course nobody from Burisma ever met V- President of US or somebody from his stuff
2 - we are not sure and we do not have any official information as to wether he is on any visa ban list. He has got a valid US visa in his passport, but recently on his travel from UK to States he was advised by customs authorities in UK airport not to proceed to States with his flight as he will be denied an entry. It was a leak to the media and they interpreted that way.
As to not granting an interview, totally understand. Please advise here, as now journalist wants to get some comments and his on the phone with Alan Apter the Vhairmaen of he Board. Can I give to Alan your phone number so that he would consult with you?

Best, Vadym

> -Have any representatives of Burisma ever met with the Vice President or his staff?
> -Is Nikolai on the visa ban list, as this suggests?

> I suggest we provide a simple answers to such an inquires from our email.
