Beth Graham, who runs the Mass Torts practice group here, is filing an application to the plaintiff’s steering committee and for a leadership position on that committee in the Xarelto litigation. She would like to include in the filing this sentence:

“Ms. Graham is prepared to commit substantial resources and expertise to help resolve this litigation. She will be personally involved in the litigation and joined by her partner and former DE AG Beau Biden, as well as attorneys …”

All good to include that? I think we should.
