Please find attached a copy of the receipt for the credit card charge for your records.

We will pack the TV and let you know as soon it is ready for pick up, we just have to get a box as the original was already disposed of. As for the plaque, the vendor never mailed it since we didn’t need it anymore but I will reach out to them to get it to us.

John, I am so sorry for the delay. Of course you may charge the final out of pocket items on the list. There were two items on the itemized list that we would be interested in having. The large screen TV and the Biden nameplate. I have a son in NY that could come to pick them up once the bill is squared away. I will get in touch with Chris to finalize.

I regret it didn’t work for us at this time at the Fitzpatrick Manhattan. I must compliment your staff who have been outstanding in every way. My wife Sara had particularly loved our stays there.

Following up on our conversation of last week, while we were disappointed to hear that you had changed your mind on the penthouse, I do understand that it has to be the right fit for you.

As I mentioned, we had ordered all of the furniture last week. Fortunately, we were able to cancel most of the order as soon as I received your call. Yet, some of the items couldn’t be cancelled and were already delivered to the hotel. I know you mentioned you would cover the cost of the items we weren’t able to return or that were already installed, please see the receipt attached. We have your credit card on file. Please let me know if you would like to us to use it for payment, or prefer using some other method.
