[Inline Image] [Inline Image] Hi Robert, Chase is indicating that the username and/or password used to link your bank account to your Acorns account is invalid. This is causing issues with your Chase Bank Round-Ups account. Here’s how to fix it. Please verify the username and password you’re using to connect your Chase account to Acorns. To do this, just log in to Chase online banking through a web browser (instead of the mobile app). Once you’ve logged into your Chase online account, you can relink it to your Acorns account. 1. Open your Acorns app 2. Go to Settings > Round-Up Accounts 3. Press “Unlink” 4. Re-link your Chase Bank account Depending on the security settings you have set up with Chase Bank, Chase might send you a time sensitive verification code via text or email when you re-link your Chase Bank account to your Acorns account. Follow the steps from Chase to successfully link your account to Acorns. Fix My Round-Ups The Acorns Investor Success team is here for you. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to reply directly to this email, or you can call our team at (855) 739-2859 Thank you, The Acorns Investor Success Team 885.739.2859 www.acorns.com "From acorns mighty oaks do grow."
