Hey there-
Firm wants B to sign a document with the above referenced headline. Essentially states that no legal work/advice may be dispensed outside the firm without written permission of Stuart or Jay.
Right now, obviously, Beau doesn't do that. But he could in the future. Ok for him to sign, with the understanding that he'll run anything by Stuart? This is a standard form all lawyers need to sign here.
