Attached is a quick budget for BHR DC. I have $65K allocated for employee salary and taxes because if you are aiming to hire someone at $55-60K, there will be additional employer taxes that bring it up slightly. I have not included an allocation for a computer but can add that if you want to purchase one or we could just contribute one of the extras here as part of the rent.

Finally, I don’t have anything allocated for Travel and Entertainment - not sure if that is required. Nor do I have anything allocated for any research databases or tools like that the person may need.

You may want to consider making the rent $4,000 so that it is $3,500 for the space itself and then $500 a month extra for unknown incidentals (supplies, etc.).

I can make edits if you want. Let me know.
