RSPI will receive 5% of the value of the sale plus a bonus if the price is
over 18m EURO. As I mentioned Caryn S brought us the deal so we need to
share a portion with her. She is going to pitch to some folks as well.

I have to double check that there is no aversion to Russian ownership
though.
