Great! So happy to hear that you're interested! We will be sending you an official invitation to speak as the event approaches (the tentative date is April 18). In the meantime, here's some info about the program and its speakers: About TEDx, what is a TEDx event: https://www.ted.com/about/our-organization , https://www.ted.com/participate/organize-a-local-tedx-event/before-you-start/what-is-a-tedx-event Speaking at a TEDx event: https://www.ted.com/participate/organize-a-local-tedx-event/tedx-organizer-guide/speakers-program The second link outlines some of the rules surrounding speakers and topics. We would love to hear about hunger and food security. In fact, Trinity partners closely with the Backpack program, which gives local school kids backpacks to take full of food to help feed them over the weekend. That would be a fantastic angle. Please let me know if you have any questions. I am also going to give you Bhumika Choudhary's email. She is the main organizer of the event, and will be sending you the formal invitation to speak. email: bhumika.choudhary@trincoll.edu Again, please email me or Bhumika (or both) if you have any questions, and we look forward to your participation in the event! Thank you! Ellie On Wed, Jan 28, 2015 at 10:22 AM, Hunter Biden <hbiden@rosemontseneca.com> wrote: > Ellie- > Sounds really interesting- can you send more info?
