Attached you will find a BoD resolution re the appointment of Mr Richard
Bilyy as the CEO of Burisma. Mr Bilyy was earlier appointed as a Board
Advisor (the resolution was signed by all directors). The leadership of the
company believes that Mr Bilyy will help strengthen the company and assist
it in its tasks. Please, also see his CV attached.
Could you get it signed by Hunter and send me a scanned copy?
